Application Serial Numbers and their associated Unlock Codes are unique to each computer. Therefore, the Application Serial Number and the associated Unlock Code will change when transferring the software to a new computer, or after performing a reformat and reinstallation of the existing hard drive. In this event, please complete the Software Registration Transfer Request Form (link below) and upon receipt and approval we will transfer your registration and existing AutoUpdate Subscription to the new Serial Number and respond with a new unlock code and activation instructions.
- Download and install the latest applicable FastTracks V2 (Basic or Plus) onto your new/replacement computer using the applicable direct download link below...
- Launch FastTracks V2 and take note of the new Serial Number provided on the startup splash screen.
- Submit a Registration Tranfer Request by clicking the link below. Upon our receipt and approval, we'll be happy to transfer your license registration to the new Serial Number and reply back with your new Unlock Code and activation instructions.
